Garex commercial doors share the following characteristics:

• Steel or aluminum panel skins coated with polyester paint that has been baked to ensure maximum durability and minimum maintenance. Steel panel skin is made of Z-180 galvanized steel.
• Light and robust door panels formed of an aluminum or steel skin and pressure-injected polyurethane insulation core.
• Steel 14-gauge anchor plates located at hardware attachment points for maximum rigidity.
• Wood inserts of dried and treated pine covered with moulded PVC or steel located at the ends of each panel.
• Horizontal PVC and vinyl sealing joints that provide perfect weatherseal protection and an efficient thermal barrier between the inside and outside metal skins.
